AICP 2008 Sponsorship Program
Please note: All choices will be assigned on first come first serve basis.
AICP invites all member companies, chapters, vendors and other interested individuals and organizations to participate in our Sponsorship Program. Becoming an AICP Sponsor is a great opportunity to show support for the AICP — but did you know that by becoming a sponsor you get some really great rewards as well? AICP's Sponsorship Program is simple and provides great benefits to you. All sponsors will be recognized in the conference program and throughout the conference. There are five levels of sponsorship:
Platinum Level Contributor — - $5,000+
Gold Level Contributor — $2,500 - $4,999
Silver Level Contributor — $1,500 - $2,499
Bronze Level Contributor — $1,000 - $1,499
Patron Level Contributor — $500 - $999
Incentives for each level of sponsorship are:
Platinum Level Contributor ($5,000+)
- Two complimentary conference registrations
- Two ½ page Journal ads
- Two complimentary annual AICP memberships
- Booth signage advertising AICP sponsorship
- Your organization's name listed on the Annual Conference website and in the conference brochure advertising your 2008 sponsorship
- Your organization's name will be recognized as a Platinum Level Sponsor for the Gala Event, Photographer for Gala, or Attendee Gifts
Gold Level Contributor ($2,500 - $4,999)
- One complimentary conference registration
- One ½ page Journal ad
- One complimentary annual AICP membership
- Booth signage advertising AICP sponsorship
- Your organization's name listed on the Annual Conference website and in the conference brochure advertising your 2008 sponsorship
- Your organization's name will be recognized as a Gold Level Sponsor for one of the two Commissioners Corner, Keynote Speakers, or Conference Notes sponsorship (vendor notepads provided by vendors with or without pen)
Silver Level Contributor ($1,500 - $2,499)
- One complimentary conference registration
- One ¼ page Journal ad
- Booth signage advertising AICP
- Your organization's name listed on the Annual Conference website and in the conference brochure advertising your 2008 sponsorship
- Your organization's name will be recognized as a Silver Level Sponsor for a Meal Function (breakfast, lunch)
Bronze Level Contributor ($1,000 - $1,499)
- One complimentary conference registration
- Booth signage advertising AICP
- Your organization's name listed on the Annual Conference website and in the conference brochure advertising your 2008 sponsorship
- Your organization's name will be recognized as Bronze Level Sponsor at one Refreshment Break (to be held in the Exhibitor Hall) or Conference Badges
Patron Level Contributor ($500 - $999)
- Booth signage advertising AICP
- Your organization's name listed on the Annual Conference website and in the conference brochure advertising your 2008 sponsorship
- Your organization's name will be recognized as a Patron Level Sponsor for 2008 AICP Conference Pictures
