2009 AICP Conference Sponsorship Program

Incentives for each level of sponsorship are:

Platinum Level Contributor ($5,000+)

• Two complimentary conference registrations
• Two ½ page ads in The Journal
• Two complimentary annual AICP memberships
• Booth signage & name badge indicator advertising AICP sponsorship
• Your organization's name listed on the Annual Conference website and in the conference brochure advertising your 2009 sponsorship
• Your organization's name will be recognized as a Platinum Level Sponsor for one of the following:
  • Gala Event
  • Attendee Gifts
  • Silent Auction Display Cases

Gold Level Contributor ($2,500 - $4,999)

• One complimentary conference registration
• One ½ page ad in The Journal
• One complimentary annual AICP membership
• Booth signage & name badge indicator advertising AICP sponsorship
• Your organization's name listed on the Annual Conference website and in the conference brochure advertising your 2009 sponsorship
• Your organization's name will be recognized as a Gold Level Sponsor for one of the following:
  • One Commissioners' Corner: L&H or P&C
  • Keynote Speaker
  • Conference Notepads, provided by your Company with or without pen

Silver Level Contributor ($1,500 - $2,499)

• One complimentary conference registration
• One ¼ page ad in The Journal
• Booth signage & name badge indicator advertising AICP sponsorship
• Your organization's name listed on the Annual Conference website and in the conference brochure advertising your 2009 sponsorship
• Your organization's name will be recognized as a Silver Level Sponsor for one of the following meal functions:
  • Breakfast: Monday, Tuesday, or Wednesday
  • Lunch: Monday or Tuesday

Bronze Level Contributor ($1,000 - $1,499)

• One complimentary conference registration
• Booth signage & name badge indicator advertising AICP sponsorship
• Your organization's name listed on the Annual Conference website and in the conference brochure advertising your 2009 sponsorship
• Your organization's name will be recognized as a Bronze Level Sponsor for one of the following:
  • A Refreshment Break (to be held in the Exhibitor Hall) Monday (10:30 or 3:15) or Tuesday (10:30 or 3:15)
  • Conference Badges

Patron Level Contributor ($500 - $999)

• Booth signage & name badge indicator advertising AICP sponsorship
• Your organization's name will be recognized as a Patron Level Sponsor for one of the following:
  • 2009 AICP Conference Photographs
  • 2009 AICP Website and Conference Brochure

Honoree Level Contributor ($250 - $499)

• Marketing table space in welcome area & name badge indicator advertising AICP sponsorship
• Your organization's name listed as a Honoree Level Sponsor on the Annual Conference website and in the conference brochure advertising your 2009 sponsorship
