Heartland Chapter Operating Rules

Heartland members voted to approve the Heartland Operating Rules 11-04-2008 Edition to replace the Chapter Guidelines 05-2003 Edition.

The national board accepted the Heartland Operating Rules, 11-04-2008, at the national board meeting held in Toronto, Canada, July 18, 2009.
