Congratulations to the AICP on celebrating its 25th anniversary! 25 years…wow! It truly is a testament to the need the AICP fills in our insurance compliance community; and, it demonstrates the AICP's ability to change as the insurance industry changes and the needs of the AICP's membership change. It's not simply a celebration of 25 years — it's a recognition of the AICP's continuing success of meeting its Mission Statement and Vision Statement objectives; it's a recognition of ongoing enhancement to meet member needs in a dynamic regulatory environment; and, it's a promise of continued success to come. Happy 25th anniversary, AICP.

As I sit here and think about the last 25 years, I am filled with a sense of gratitude, both toward the people that have led the organization to the point it is today as well as the people who have helped AICP become what it is today-in both cases those people are YOU, the readers! AICP's leaders can help an organization get somewhere but without willing volunteers and willing participants and willing members, none of that can actually happen. We have also had some good management firms, but the present firm we have has been highly instrumental in our achieving all we have managed to achieve.

Congratulations to AICP; congratulations to Drohan Management and to Rick Guggolz, our Executive Director; and lastly congratulations to all the AICP members for all you do and allow AICP to do.
