Carol is an Assistance Vice President for California Casualty Management Company and is the State Filings and Product Research & Development Manager for their private passenger automobile line of business. She is responsible for the auto contract, rate & rule filings countrywide. Carol has been with California Casualty for over 13 years. She was previously with Civil Service Employee Insurance Company for 15 years as a Personal Lines Underwriter, Commercial Underwriter, and Senior Marketing Representative. Her career began as an Underwriter trainee with Chubb Insurance in San Francisco.

Carol has a Master of Business degree in Risk Management from Golden Gate University and a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of San Francisco.

Carol has served the AICP in numerous capacities including Western Chapter Treasurer and currently as Western Chapter President and Western Chapter Regional Director. She also is active in the AICP Committees for Government and Industry Regulation, Membership, Marketing, and Welcome & Extra-Curricular.
