Nick is a Lead Compliance Analyst for Liberty Mutual Group working on the Strategic Product Management Compliance Team. He manages the market conduct exam process for Liberty Mutual’s Personal Lines Underwriting and Rating group. Nick also works on miscellaneous complex and strategic compliance issues such as, consumer complaint responses, the NAIC Market Conduct Annual Statement, enterprise risk management, OFAC, business continuity planning, and records retention. Nick has been Liberty Mutual for over 18 years, in his current position for over 10 years and has been involved in over 50 market conduct exams and audits. Nick held prior positions with Liberty Mutual as an Industry Filings Specialist and a Personal Lines Underwriter.

Nick holds numerous insurance designations, has a Master of Science in Finance degree from Suffolk University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration degree from Duquesne University.

Nick has served the AICP in numerous capacities including New England Chapter President, New England Chapter Regional Director, AICP Vice President, AICP President and Chair of the Marketing and Bylaws Committees.
