Roger is a Divisional Compliance Officer for Ace Group. Prior to joining Ace, Roger was the Compliance Manager for Canal Insurance Company, managing the daily operations of the compliance team to include rate/rule/form filings, market conduct, research, legislative tracking, complaint resolution and compliance auditing. Roger has also worked for AIG and Farmers Insurance Company. He has over 24 years of diversified experience, including key positions in Product Management, Underwriting Management and Compliance. His experience reaches into both personal and commercial auto lines and across most functional areas of insurance company operations.

Roger recently received his AINS designation from The Institutes and is pursuing his CPCU. He received his MBA from Southern New Hampshire University and his Bachelor of Arts degree in Business from Saint Anselm College in Manchester, NH.

Roger has served AICP as Gulf States Regional Director, Past President, President, and Vice President. He has also served as GIR Co-Chair as well as Regulator Sub-Committee Co-Chair for Conference Planning.
