Matching Funds Program Form
This year, AICP has selected The Little Pantry That Could as the recipient of its annual charity drive.
In addition to the funds generated via the silent auction taking place at the annual conference, AICP is soliciting donations for the charity using the "Employer Match" program. If your employer has a charitable donation match program, you can double your contribution by using your employer's match.
"Matching Funds Program Form" is the donation form that may be used if your employer does not have its own mandatory form. As a donor, you must indicate the amount of your contribution and sign the form before presenting it to your employer.
