Using the Interactive AICP Session Registration Module
Overview and Access:
To use the new interactive session registration module, you must already be registered to attend the Annual Conference.
- If you register for conference on-line, you will immediately be prompted to create your login and password information when you complete the registration process. To keep things simple, you may want to use your normal AICP website login and password if you have one.
- If you register for conference using the printable registration form, you will receive your login information via e-mail when the registration process has been completed.
From the AICP Conference home page, click on Registration, Online Session Enrollment.
Enter your login and password and click the button Login.
From the Home screen, you may perform these activities. Each will be discussed separately.
VIEW ALL SESSIONS
On the "View All sessions" screen, you will see a list of all conference sessions including meals and other special general sessions. From this screen you may also "Print All Sessions" using the text link in the upper right. Note that the Session Type (L&H, P&C or "Both") is displayed in one of the columns.
General Guidelines: For any session that end with "A" you may select as many "A" sessions as you would like to attend. All sessions that end with the other letters are concurrent sessions at a specific time slot (Sessions "B" through "K") so you should only select one session from each letter grouping. Note that some sessions are occasionally repeated later during the conference.
Click on a session name to view information about the session, including the speakers.
To sign up for the session, click the link to sign up for the session, or exit out of the session and return to the view. On the right, click "Add" to sign up and add this session to your personal conference planner schedule. To withdraw from a session you have previously signed up for, click the link "REMOVE".
You do not seed to sign up for anything referenced as a "General Session". These sessions will automatically be included on your personalized conference planner schedule.
It really does matter to AICP that you formally sign up for the sessions you plan to attend. We use these numbers when determining the size of the room to assign to sessions, based on registrants signed up. Signing up also allows you to print your own personalized conference schedule.
VIEW MY SESSION HANDOUTS AND BIOS
Click into this area to view all the documents that are attached to sessions on your personal conference planner schedule, including any session handouts and biographies. Note that handouts are not provided at conference so you should use this area to print off handouts before conference and bring them along.

PERSONAL SCHEDULE DASHBOARD
Click into this area to view all the Sessions and any volunteer activities that you have signed up for. You may also add personal events, specific to your plans, such as meeting with a co-worker, or attending a chapter event. There are some other great options here, such as printing a "badge sized" schedule that you can print, fold accordion style and keep in your badge pouch for easy reference. To use this feature, open the form and do File, Print Preview to judge the width that you will need. Try the Shrink to fit at about 60% to result in a print area width of 4inches.
SUBMIT A SESSION QUESTION
Click into this area to view all the Sessions and then submit a question about the session. Once reviewed by the session coordinator for antitrust concerns, your question will be posted on the website and shared with the presenters of the session.
VIEW ALL VOLUNTEER OPPORTUNITIES
Running an annual conference involves the efforts of many of AICP members. AICP loves volunteers, but please sign up for these conference related volunteer activities only if you have specifically been asked to do so. By displaying these volunteer activities here, it allows our volunteer committee members to sign up as a volunteer and have the activity appear on their personal schedule.
