In addition, each chapter has an elected Regional Director. This person serves as a liaison between the chapter and national and holds a seat on the National Board of Directors. The Regional Director holds a two year term.
Committees vary from one chapter to another. A few committee examples are Education, Membership, Planning, Rules of Organization, Scholarship, Website, Community Awareness, and Volunteer Recognition/ Recruitment. The Chair positions are appointed by the Chapter President.
