Includes people employed by firms or corporations involved in supplying goods and services to the insurance industry.

CONFERENCE POLICIES
We recognize that plans may change and aim to offer flexibility to attendees of the AICP Annual Conference. However, to ensure smooth event logistics, the following refund policy will be applied to all registrations:

Full Refund: Registrants who cancel their participation at least four weeks prior to the event will be eligible for a full refund of their registration fee.

50% Refund: Registrants who cancel their participation between four and two weeks prior to the event will be eligible for a 50% refund of their registration fee.

No Refund: Registrants who cancel less than two weeks before the event or do not attend without prior cancellation will not be eligible for a refund.
To request a cancellation and refund, you must send an email to aicpadmin@aicp.net by the deadline. No phone calls or texts will be accepted. Refunds will be processed within 30 days after the event.
